Shipping policy

The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping regions

Domestic delivery (Germany) and to the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

Deliveries to countries other than those listed above are not possible.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges incurred in the course of shipping outside the European Union are your responsibility. MOI Studios assumes no responsibility for such additional costs levied in the destination country.

Delivery periods

For products that are ready for dispatch, delivery within Germany takes approx. 3 to 5 working days, and to other EU countries approx. 5 to 7 working days.

Products individually made for you (e.g. engagement or wedding rings with the addition “Custom”) generally have a processing time of 8 to 12 weeks after conclusion of the contract. Delivery then takes place within Germany in approx. 3 to 5 working days, and to other EU countries in approx. 5 to 7 working days.
Please note that these are made-to-order individual pieces. In exceptional cases, delivery times may therefore be longer. In such a case, we will inform you immediately.

If advance payment has been agreed, the processing time begins only after the time of your payment instruction.

Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed with you. The delivery time will then be determined according to the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.

Tracking

After completion of your order processing you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
