Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Further information as well as the legally required model withdrawal form can be found in our returns policy.

You may try on the goods for inspection – similar to trying them in a store – without losing your right to a refund. Please handle the product with care during this process.

Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary return policy of 30 days from the delivery date. This means: even after the statutory period has expired, we accept returns up to 30 days under the following conditions:

• The goods are unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging
• The return shipment includes the invoice or receipt
• Personalized products (e.g., engraved jewelry or rings labeled “Custom”) as well as gift cards are excluded from returns
• In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted – e.g., for damaged items or signs of use beyond simple try-on, provided they are not due to our fault

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email whether the return has been accepted.

In the case of a full return, the refund will be made automatically to the original payment method – usually within a few business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges in the traditional sense. If you would like a different product, please return the original item according to our return guidelines and place a new order.Returning Gifts

If your item was sent to you directly as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the corresponding amount upon return. The voucher will be sent to you after the return has been received.

If the item was delivered to the original purchaser, the refund will automatically be issued to them – including notification of the return.

Costs:
Returns within Germany are free of charge.
Returns from abroad are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed.

We recommend sending the return insured and with tracking. We do not accept liability for returns that are lost or do not arrive.

Statutory Warranty (Defect Liability)

All our products are subject to the statutory warranty rights pursuant to § 437 BGB.

This means: if a product has a defect that already existed at the time of delivery, you may request subsequent performance (e.g., repair or replacement) for up to two years after receipt.
